Newly Adopted Curriculum for LCSD #2

Laramie County School District #2 continues to work on aligning district curriculum to the Wyoming Content and Performance Standards. áLCSD #2's Board of Trustees has recently adopted draft curriculum documents aligned to the Wyoming Content and Performance Standards in Health, Physical Education, and Science. HOMELESS CHILDRENá- Homeless is defined as an individual who lacks a fixed, regular nighttime residence or is not in a single family dwelling. áLCSD #2 has guidelines (available in every building) to identify and serve homeless chlidren in our communities. áIf you know of a child or children who may be homeless, please contact an administrator and ask to complete the Referral for Homeless Child form.

The State of Wyoming provides Hathaway Merit and Need Scholarships to Wyoming students attending the University of Wyoming and Wyoming community colleges. Every Wyoming student who meets the merit requirements can earn a Hathaway Merit Scholarship. Contact your school counselor for more information.
